Refund policy
Pack Flow sells sealed trading card products to approved resale buyers. Because sealed TCG products can be market-sensitive and product condition depends on sealed packaging, all sales are considered final once payment is received and the order is confirmed.
We do not accept returns or cancellations after payment confirmation except where required by law or where Pack Flow made an order error.
If an order issue occurs, contact us at packflow@onlygrailz.com within 48 hours of delivery or handoff. Please include your order number, photos of the package/product if applicable, and a clear description of the issue.
Pack Flow may review issues involving:
- incorrect item sent
- missing item
- verified shipping damage
- fulfillment mistake
Approved resolutions may include replacement, store credit, refund, or another correction at Pack Flow's discretion.
Pack Flow is not responsible for normal market price changes after an order is placed.
