Shipping policy
Pack Flow offers shipping and local drop-off / meetup options for approved buyers.
Shipping and fulfillment timing may vary based on product availability, payment confirmation, order size, and delivery method. Orders are not released, shipped, or handed off until payment is confirmed.
If a buyer selects local drop-off / meetup, Pack Flow will coordinate the handoff details after payment is confirmed. Local drop-off / meetup does not mean Pack Flow operates a public storefront or retail pickup location.
If a buyer selects shipping, Pack Flow will prepare the order after payment confirmation and provide tracking when available.
Pack Flow may contact the buyer before fulfillment to confirm:
- shipping address
- local handoff details
- order availability
- payment status
- large case/order logistics
Shipping costs, shipping timelines, and carrier availability may vary. Pack Flow is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been handed to the carrier.
